Congratulations you're pregnant!

The best thing to do is rejoice - be happy!  

Sounds simple but it is imperative to boost the health of your baby and the best thing is to maintain a state of harmony and happiness.

Why is it important not to stress?

It is important that you don't start stressing/worrying you can hold your pregnancy through to full term because your baby feels exactly what you feel.  So if you are stressed, your baby will also feel stressed.  When the body is stressed it restricts blood flow to your extremities which will take the blood flow away from your abdomen (where it is needed to nourish your baby, your digestive system and your other abdominal organs).

Happiness and joy have the highest resonance 

So when your body (and your baby's) is resonating in a high vibrational state it can function at it's optimum level of health and vitality.

We can't always be in a state of joy, but we can strive to be in a state of peace and choose to make decisions that create happiness when we are in control of our emotions.

Now that you are pregnant it is more important than ever that your learn the skill of how to meditate.  Meditation can help you deal with any fears about the birth (seeing your pregnancy through to full term; having an enjoyable birth; being able to function as a good parent, etc.)

Creative visualisation is a type of meditation that can be used to change any negative, self-limiting beliefs or fears into positive and empowering outcomes.

Creative visualisation can be used to change the map that your mind has of your body, so you can visualise a healthy body or a healthy baby whenever you get a cold or a greater health risk.  

The power of the mind can not be underestimated.
